Type up your non-fiction article, and then edit it. Keep your word count between 200–600 words, total. The work must be your own. Plagiarism or use of AI authorship is prohibited.
Submit your story as an email attachment in .doc or .docx format. Send it to: contentteam@stripes.com. Make the subject: “Student Writer.”
You are welcome to also email us any pictures you took or images you created to accompany your article.
After we get your story, we will send you a permission form that needs to be signed by both the author and their parents.
If we plan to publish your story online or in one of our magazines, then it will be edited by our team.
We will email you a link and a date of when it is scheduled to be published!
