Another day, another Ryanair strike. 150 flights flying to and from Germany were canceled for today. The Germany Cockpit union announced their plan for strikes less than 24 hours in advance. The only possible good news affected travelers have is that they may be entitled to compensation. However, Ryanair doesn’t have the best reputation for being the best at customer service either.
It’s a frustrating situation for those who have paid for hotels, excursions, and tours to be told the only thing stopping them from their destination is a strike. Sure, they can try to find another flight or drive if possible. But again, that’s more money they didn’t plan on spending.
Although Ryanair is budget-friendly, is it worth the anxiety of knowing that just a day before your scheduled flight it can get canceled? Or are you going to stay faithful to the airline and hope for the best? Let us know in the Facebook comments!
