Ready to get down and dirty? Take your fitness to a whole new muddy level at the 5th annual Grafenwoehr Rugged Terrain Obstacle Run on Saturday, April 15 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Whether you compete as an individual or a 4- or 10-person team, this event is definitely not for the faint of heart.

Duck, dodge, climb and run your way through more than 20 obstacles along the rough terrain course. Test your strength and spirit with challenges such as a rolling balance beam, sled pulls, and the perennial favorite — the mud crawl. Cost is $25 for an individual or $20 per team participant. The run is open to U.S. and NATO ID cardholders ages 18 and older. The last day to register is Sunday, March 26.
