Andrews Federal Credit Union recently supported the 2025 IMCOM-E Best Warrior Competition in Stuttgart, Germany.
The competition tests service members on a variety of different physical and mental skills, selecting a top soldier and a top non-commissioned officer to represent the region. This year’s winners were NCO Best Warrior SFC Cory Wright from USAG Poland and Soldier Best Warrior SPC Tyler Shiflet from USAG Benelux.
The winners were awarded a financial gift from Andrews Federal Credit Union in commemoration of their achievements. Vice President of European Operations James Niba and Director of Operational Efficiency Moria Adams attended the event on behalf of the credit union, cheering on service members and presenting their awards.
During the Best Warrior Competition, U.S. Army units send individual high performers to test their soldier skills, endurance, fortitude and resourcefulness, and intellectual and problem-solving capabilities. Winners in the NCO and junior enlisted categories will advance to represent U.S. Army Europe and Africa at the Army Best Warrior Competition at Fort Lee, Virginia.
Andrews Federal’s consistent support of the Best Warrior Competition event is one of the many ways the credit union continues to prove its dedication to the military. “Andrews Federal is proud to recognize and commend the efforts of our military service members,” said Damita Robinson, Chief Operating Officer for Andrews Federal Credit Union. “As our military service members prepare to perform and to be their best, we are there to provide them support and to honor their efforts. We commend the Best Warriors for their hard work and their commitment to achieving the highest level of success.”
