The American Forces Network (AFN) is airing every Presidential and Vice Presidential Debate live on AFN|news television and AFN 360 Internet Radio’s “The Voice.” AFN|news will repeat each debate twice.
“Our debate coverage provides service members and their families with a sustained connection to America’s ‘national conversation,’ thereby providing the optimal viewer experience,” said AFN News programmer Mike Roberts.
There will be four pre-election debates. The first, third and fourth are between the presidential candidates, while the second is between their running mates.
Each 90-minute debate will include at least 30 minutes of commentary.
The debates will air on live on AFN|news television and AFN 360 Internet Radio’s “The Voice.” Here are the dates in Central European Time (CET), Japan/Korea Time (JKT) and Afghanistan time (AFG): Presidential Debate: Sept. 27: 3 a.m. CET; 5:30 a.m AFG; 10 a.m. JKT.Vice Presidential Debate: Oct. 5: 3 a.m. CET; 5:30 a.m. AFG; 10 a.m. JKT. Presidential Debate: Oct. 10: 3 a.m. CET; 5:30 a.m. AFG; 10 a.m. JKT.Presidential Debate: Oct. 20: 3 a.m. CET; 5:30 a.m. AFG; 10 a.m. JKT.
Each debate will be repeated twice on AFN|news television on these dates and at these times:
