2023 KMC Scholarship Program ()
The 2023 KMC Scholarship Program is now accepting applications until 15 March.
Anyone who is a command-sponsored dependent with orders and is enrolled in a college, university, or trade school for the upcoming academic year is eligible to apply. (High school seniors, current college students, spouses!). Scholarships are awarded based on merit and academic achievement.
The KMC Scholarship Committee is comprised of members representing the Ramstein Officers’ Spouses Club (ROSC) and the Ramstein Enlisted Spouses’ Association (RESA). Scholarship funds are donated by both organizations. Funds from ROSC come from the annual Ramstein Bazaar.

In 2022, the KMC Scholarship Committee awarded $114,750 to 57 recipients including spouses, university students, and graduating high school seniors.
