Whether you’re the type to lounge by the water with a book in your hand or are filming your hiking excursions with a GoPro, whisk yourself away to these dreamy destinations that will be sure to top your bucket list!

Mallorca

Spain isn’t just known for its tapas and Gaudí-inspired buildings but also its pristine, clear blue beaches. In the Balearic Islands is Mallorca, a Spanish island that’s sure to leave you breathless and sun-kissed.

With so many beaches on this island, exfoliating your feet in the sand has never been easier. The well-known beaches to put on your itinerary are Cala Formentor, Calo des Moro, S’Amarador, Sa Calobra, Cala Pi, Cala Banyalbufar, Cala Figuera and Sóller.

However, before heading home or submersing in the waters, be sure to roam around Palma, Mallorca’s capital. Some sights to marvel at include La Seu Cathedral, Bellver Castle and of course, shopping at Passeig des Born. While there, try an ensaimada, a spiral pastry heavily dusted with powdered sugar.

No matter where you end up in Mallorca, you’ll never go wrong! The island contains everything from quaint towns such as Pollença to fun yet relaxing resort towns like Cala D’or.

Krka National Park

If crystal clear waters, nature and waterfalls are elements you’re looking for in a dreamy vacation, venture out to this national park in Croatia. Situated along the Krka River, be amazed to see seven waterfalls cascading down with hues of blue from the water and green from the unspoiled nature.

The main highlight in this national park is the Skradinski Buk falls, Croatia’s popular waterfall. Be sure to buy an entry ticket at the parking lot where you will take the bus heading to the bottom of the canyon of the Krka river. Feeling daring or craving the adrenaline rush? The base of the Skradinski Buk is a perfect spot not only for swimming but following a round trip trail lasting one hour.

If you’ve had enough of water, stop by the Krka Monastery which boasts itself as being the most important Serbian Orthodox monastery in Croatia. Situated above the river, bask in the beautiful combination of Mediterranean and Byzantine architecture.

Mykonos

This Greek island, famous for its nightlife and party vibes, calls its visitors to let loose from the everyday demands in life. From dancing the night away at Paradise Beach, the number one hot spot for party goers, to leisurely strolling through Matoyianni Street, a shopaholic’s haven, Mykonos has got something for every taste.

Before heading out for a long night of merriment, appreciate Mykonos’ beauty by visiting the Panagia Paraportiani church. This Orthodox church consists of five churches and showcases the authentic Greek island look with its white cave-like structures.

One way to capture the charm of this gorgeous island is to walk along Little Venice which is arguably one the most romantic spots in Mykonos. Decked with charming old houses perched on the edge of the blue Aegean Sea, it will be the ideal back drop for pictures. Beach hopping is also a must so be sure to grab your towel, sunscreen and enjoy hearing the waves lap against the shore. Paradise Beach, Ornos and Platys Gialos are the must-see beaches to enjoy.
