The ADC consists of an attorney and a paralegal to advise and advocate for individual Airmen through military justice and administrative processes. The staff works with 100 percent attorney-client confidentiality, which also does not fall under the local chain of command.
They will assist with response and representation on corrective and disciplinary actions such as an Article 15, LOC, LOR, LOA, discharges, rights advisement, administrative demotions, referral EPRs/OPRs and more, from help with rebuttals to representation during court martials.
The ADC’s General Advice
• Don’t commit crimes and be appropriate on social media, Teams or WhatsApp chats.
• Use the base shuttle or a taxi instead of a scooter if you have been drinking so everyone gets home safe.
• Alcohol-related incidents can affect your security clearance.
