• Dorms may be ready for move-in upon arrival for service members E-1 to E-4. Please keep in mind that some items, such as linens, are not always provided.
• The Hodja Inn is ready to serve when members step off the plane and while waiting for availability on a house or a dorm.
It is highly recommended to obtain renter’s insurance whether living in the dorms or homes on base to cover potential damages or loss to personal property.
All personnel live on base. Accommodations on base are based on availability, rank, career field and TAIP incentives. Base houses contain basic furnishings that cannot be thrown away or sold. All furniture supplied will need to be in the house at move out and is marked with a barcode.
Pets
All personnel are allowed to have one 25-gallon aquarium, for fish only.
Two pets (dogs or cats) are permitted for personnel living in single-occupancy housing, and for dual military members stationed together at Incirlik. 39 CES Housing Management must be notified of the quantity and type (dog and/or cat) before the pets arrive; email 39ces.cechh@us.af.mil. Pets must also be registered with the Incirlik Veterinary Treatment Center (VTF), Bldg. 912, within 10 days of arrival.
There are four housing neighborhoods.
• Phantom Housing: 3–4 bedrooms, E-5 (with roommate) or 2 bedrooms for E-6 (single)
• Herky Studio Apartments: E-6 (single)
• Falcon Housing: Civilians, E-7 to E-9 (single)
• Eagle Housing: 4 bedrooms, O-1 to O-3 (with roommate) or O-4 to O-6 (single)
If you have a line number for staff sergeant (E-5) and sew-on with at least four months left at Incirlik, you can request housing, which would include a roommate. If you have a line number for technical sergeant (E-6) and have at least six months left at Incirlik, you can request single-occupancy housing in Phantom or Herky studio apartments as available. If you have a line number for master sergeant (E-7), you can request to move into single-occupancy Phantom Housing if you have at least six months left at Incirlik. Company grade officers live in Eagle Housing with a roommate. For those who will promote to field grade, a request can be made to move into single-occupancy housing if they have at least six months left at Incirlik.

As part of the Newcomer’s Briefing, the Dorm Manager will assist you in filling out paperwork and getting familiarized with your new home. Dorm residents will be assigned a room immediately upon arrival. Dorms consist of basic and bare furnishings. Dorms vary in floor plan and can include a shared kitchen or bathroom, with laundry rooms on each floor or a single laundry room on the first floor.
• Airman utilizing TAIP can move into Bldg. 960.
• Grills are available outside the dorms.
• Electric scooter charging stations are available, but be sure to secure your property as you are liable for loss or theft.

American Forces Network (AFN)
AFN Provides programming from current networks and prime channels. Download the AFN Now mobile app from Android and Apple App Stores, or install the Smart TV application on your Amazon Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, Android TV or Roku.
Other Streaming Services
Streaming services like Amazon Prime, Netflix and Hulu are available in Türkiye. Show variety and availability may be limited due to geographical location, so a virtual private network (VPN) service, such as ExpressVPN or Google One VPN, is recommended to access U.S. programming.
