Turkey Assignment Incentive Pay (TAIP)

The Turkey Assignment Incentive Pay (TAIP) program looks to bolster continuity and experience at the 39th Air Base Wing (ABW) within this unaccompanied tour by offering incentive pay to military members who agree to serve on station for a total of 24 months. As of Dec. 29, 2022, TAIP has increased to $1,000 per month.

Members are eligible to enroll in the program prior to arrival, or within the first 60 days of arrival (if not already enrolled) and begin receipt of pay effective on the date of enrollment or date arrived on station, whichever is later. Currently assigned members interested in the program may contact their unit CSS or the MPF for additional information on enrollment.

You can also visit the 39 ABW website at incirlik.af.mil/Newcomers inside the TAIP tab for full program details.
