The hospital provides care to all active-duty service members and dependents assigned to the hospital at the Medical Home Port Clinic. All other active-duty service members are assigned to the Flight Line Clinic on NAS II.

Host-nation patient liaisons act as intermediaries between patients and local Italian doctors to help facilitate the best care possible when you need to see a provider off base. From assisting with the language and insurance forms, to providing comfort to clients, patient liaisons can help you feel at ease in the Italian medical surroundings.
The patient liaison program is available through TRICARE (at the hospital) and is open to all ID cardholders, including non-TRICARE members.

There are two dental clinics at NAS Sigonella. Both routine and emergency care is offered for active-duty members and their dependents. However, demands may occasionally limit care for family members. Specialty care is available on a limited basis.
