The Democratic Kurdish Society of Stuttgart (Demokratisches Kurdisches Gesellschaftazentrum e.v. Stuttgart) has organized a protest for Saturday, Sept. 17 from 4:30 to 8 p.m. It is estimated that 500 to 1,000 personnel will be in attendance to declare their disapproval of the isolation of Abdullah Oecalan and the dismissal of the Kurdish majors by Erdogan's government.

Demonstrators plan to begin at Lautenschlagerstrasse Aufzug before making their way along Theodor-Heusse Strasse, Rotebuhlplatz, Eberhardstrasse, Marplatz and Schlossplatz.

Host-nation law enforcement teams will be on site to monitor the situation. Although the protest is expected to be peaceful, it is important to remain vigilant at all times.
