SIGONELLA, Sicily (June 23, 2016) Chief Petty Officer 365 (CPO 365) members participate in a group run at Naval Air Station Sigonella (NASSIG) June 23, 2016. NASSIG enlisted leaders conduct bi-monthly physical training for all chief petty officers and first class petty officers from local U.S. Navy commands as part of CPO 365, a year-round training initiative designed to prepare first class petty officers to become chiefs as well as provide chiefs further training as deck-plate leaders.
