Damaging winds blew through the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) earlier this week, ripping roofs from the Rheinland-Pfalz Library and VAT office at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center campus. Despite the destruction, both locations are scheduled to reopen Wednesday, March 8.
