RAMSTEIN – According to a Government Accountability Office study, more than 60 percent of taxpayers are likely to file their taxes incorrectly this year.

To help service members and their families avoid what could be a costly tax mistake, the Army & Air Force Exchange Service is teaming up with H&R Block to provide tax preparation services at a 10 percent discount through April 18.

“Preparing your tax return can be overwhelming at best and panic-inducing at worst,” said KMC Exchange General Manager, Marc Floyd. “The Exchange and H&R Block want to help military families take the guesswork out of filing with discounted services.”

Filing with H&R Block at the KMCC Exchange guarantees filers complimentary year-round support from H&R Block. H&R Block also offers military shoppers Audit Assistance to help prepare a response in the event of an audit.

The Ramstein H&R Block office is located on the second floor at the KMCC and is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
