The Army & Air Force Exchange Service recognized the KMC Exchange as the winner of the Director/CEO Cup 2018 for Europe Region.

Every year, the Exchange’s five regions nominate one small, medium, large and superstore as the best of the best at fulfilling the organization’s mission: delivering the Exchange benefit to Soldiers, Airmen, retirees and military families The KMC Exchange was named the best in Europe in the Super category.

Stores are nominated for the Director/CEO Cup based on customer experience, leadership, business and marketing results, community support and command validation for partnerships and engagement.

Director/CEO Tom Shull presented the award to KMC General Manager, Carl Carpenter, and Store Manager, Sandra Reed at the Exchange’s 2019 main store manager/general manager conference in Frisco, Texas.
