U.S. Army Garrison RP hosted a Month of the Military Child celebration on April 22. The lively event took place at Pulaski Park in Kaiserslautern as a way of honoring the military children in the community. Especially memorable were the performances by military children in the outdoor stage at Pulaski.
There were a variety of performances by the Child and Youth Services' SKIES Unlimited Programs. This included Classical Ballet performances by the students of Mr. Sobir Utabev, Ballet Instructor and Irish Dance by the students of Ms. Mary Sweeney.
The celebration continued with a performance of Hawaiian Hula and Tahitian Dances by the military spouses and military children of the KMC Asian American Pacific Islanders group (KAAPI).
