Despite the holidays being over, there is still another festival of lights to look forward to. The Lichtfestival Ghent occurs Jan. 31- Feb. 4. Admire 37 light projects in the city center along a 6.6 kilometer route. Although there is not start or end point to this festival, it is important to walk in the right direction. Four points along the route, you can pick up a map. This festival is free and runs 7 p.m. until midnight Jan. 31- Feb. 3 and 6 p.m. to midnight Feb. 4. For more infomation visit the festival website.
