The Betze Sommernacht Kaiserslautern on June 17 is something sensational to look forward to for soccer fans and non-soccer fans alike. The Football Club Kaiserslautern’s (FCK) Fritz-Walter Stadium is hosting a night to celebrate the illustrious history of the club with a special showing of an open-air movie, lively local bands and an after party that shouldn’t be missed. The duo MoonSun will be performing crowd-pleasing songs from their new album “Inner Clouds” and hits from their 2013 album “Silent Pieces.” Marii will also be taking the stage, playing favorites from their first album “Bahn Frei” and their two new singles, “Zusammen” and “Sommer auf Gleis 8.” Following the concert, “The Miracle of Bern” will be shown as an open-air movie to celebrate the life of FCK’s own 1945 world champion and enduring legend Fritz Walter.

To make the experience even more exciting, VIP Level 1900 near the north block of seats will be serving popcorn, nachos, bratwurst, pizza, fries, and other stadium foods. After the movie, the stadium will open to the VIP lounge area and bar for an after party complete with a DJ and fully-stocked and staffed cocktail bar. Tickets are 9 euros for non-FCK club members and 8 euros for members.
