The German Consulate General in New York wants your favorite picture that you’ve taken on a trip within Germany!

A selection of 10 photos will be published on their Facebook page, in addition to the Visa section on their website. Facebook users will then have the chance to vote for the best picture and prizes will be given to the top 3 contestants!

Your photo can be a local landmark, street life, a gathering of friends - anything that depicts life in Germany!

Along with the photo, please send:

• your name

• where you live

• brief details about the picture

You have until Labor Day (9/4/17) to enter, so pack those bags and get to traveling!
