A Key Support Liaison (KSL) is a volunteer within a squadron selected by the Commander to be a link between spouses and the unit. KSLs help newcomers by reaching out before they arrive to help answer questions they may have before moving, and they provide newcomers with the resources available for adjusting to a new base.
