We feature one pet each month on our website as the “Pet of the Month,” and your pet could be chosen! Here is how to send us your furry friend’s photo.
Email 1-3 photos of your pet to EuropeSubmissions@stripes.com. Use “Pet of the month” in the subject line.
Include a short written description about the photo to include your pet’s name, rough dates of when the photo was taken, the location of the photo. Feel free to also include any other details you’d like to share about your pet and their experiences in Europe. The more interesting, the better!
Your pet should be the focus. Photos with humans in focus will not be used.
Submit photos in .jpeg or .jpg format and in high-resolution.
Selections are made with an aim for featuring a variety of pets and locations, plus story interest. The picture doesn’t need to be taken while on vacation; local trails and adventures are welcomed, as are photos at home.
We keep pet photos on file for a year; they may be selected for a month within that time.
