400 milliliters (13.5 ounces) orange juice
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop of strawberry protein powder
Handful of almonds
300 milliliters (approximately 10 ounces) almond milk (hemp or coconut works as well)
100 grams (3.5 ounces) chocolate bar (raw cacao 50% or higher)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
