If you have a house full of guests and would like to impress - this waffle recipe will do the trick!

Servings: 16 waffles

256 grams flour

4 teaspoons baking powder

1⁄2 teaspoon salt

32 grams sugar

2 eggs, separated

118 milliliters oil

473ml milk

Sift the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Separate the eggs.

Beat egg whites in a small bowl.

Mix the egg yolks, milk and oil and stir slightly.

Stir in the dry ingredients.

Fold in beaten egg whites.

Cook in a Belgian waffle iron.
