Stars and Stripes continued our support of Americans Working Around the Globe (AWAG) by attending the Wiesbaden Area Seminar on November 12, 2025! This year’s one-day leadership and professional development seminar was held at Pentahotel’s conference space. The funky, but professional rooms were the perfect backdrop for classes on topics like public speaking, social media management for private organizations, thriving in military life, networking and more.

The delicious lunch was made even better by networking with fellow attendees. We also heard from Helen Patton, the granddaughter of the famous General Patton. She provided some insight into his life and career struggles that led to some amazing opportunities. It reminded us to listen to little moments in our life to guide us what steps to take next.
