In 2026, a Pokémon pop-up shop is coming to the National History Museum in London. This event at the Cranbourne Boutique within the museum will be Pokémon’s “first ever UK museum pop-up shop.” Previously, Pokémon has teamed up with the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam for a similar event where they featured a special edition Pokémon card: Pikachu wearing a gray felt hat (as a homage to Van Gogh’s self-portrait).

At the London pop-up, you can shop stationery, apparel and their exclusive plush: Pikachu holding the museum. Profits from the shop will support the National Museum’s charitable mission, “including the work of 400 scientists conducting research and finding solutions to the planetary emergency, like reversing biodiversity loss and resourcing the green economy.”

This is a free event; however, you will need a ticket to enter the shop. The museum has a priority list you can sign up until 10 a.m. Sept. 29th to be first to hear when tickets go live as well as the latest announcements. Tickets go on sale on Oct. 1st.

If you cannot make it to London, the Pokémon Center UK Official Online Store will have some of the products available on their website. However, for those lucky people able to attend, the pop-up shop will take place from Jan. 26–Mar. 22, 2026.
