Active-duty service members and their dependents are typically assigned to a primary care team on their installation. For appointments, referrals and prescription refills, use the MHS Genesis Portal at patientportal.mhsgenesis.health.mil.

During your pregnancy, you can receive prenatal care at your installation’s medical center or clinic.
Delivery at RAF Lakenheath Hospital: If you are stationed outside the Tri-Base region, you can enroll in the Stork Nesting program by contacting your primary healthcare provider. You will be transitioned to RAF Lakenheath for delivery. The program includes lodging and transportation as needed.
Delivery at a British birthing center or hospital: For details and to find locations near you with birthing options, visit the NHS website www.nhs.uk/pregnancy/labour-and-birth.
Delivery in the U.S.: At your own expense, and without a TRICARE referral, you may travel to the U.S. to deliver your baby. If you choose to do this, you will need to remain in the U.S. until the new baby’s identification documents are established.
Dental clinics on base prioritize active-duty service members for care. Dependents may occasionally be seen during seasons of limited access or on a space-available basis with priority being given for dental emergencies.
With TRICARE dental insurance, via United Concordia, patients not seen on installation can establish quality, affordable care at dentists in the local British community. tricare.mil/ CoveredServices/Dental/TDP
Dependents are advised to establish a regular dentist off-installation. Visit your local TRICARE office for a list of recommended providers.
