As a kid you were taught the importance of staying hydrated. Even though we know how vital it is to hydrate our bodies, many of us slack off in this area. Eat your water
The first thing that comes to mind when staying hydrated is to drink water. Although water is a clear choice, you can eat fruits and vegetables with high water content to help you meet your hydration needs. While there are many fruits and vegetables that have a solid water supply, here are the ones that are made up of more than 90% water: watermelon, strawberries, cantaloupe, grapefruit, broccoli, spinach, celery, tomatoes and cucumber.
