(16-ounces) penne pasta

1 T
all-purpose flour
1 c
fat-free milk
2 t
dried parsley flakes
1 t
garlic salt
1 t
salt-free lemon seasoning
1⁄2 t
garlic powder
1⁄2 t
dried minced onion
1⁄2 t
dill weed
1⁄4 t
onion powder
1⁄8 t
ground black pepper
1 c
reduced-fat sour cream
1 1⁄2 c
reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend (shredded)
2 c
fully-cooked lean ham (cubed)
1⁄4 c
Parmesan cheese (shredded)


Yield: 10 Servings
1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.2. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, melt butter; whisk in flour until smooth.3. Gradually add milk and seasonings. Bring mixture to a boil; cook and stir for 2minutes or until thickened.4. Reduce heat; fold in sour cream until blended.5. Add ham and cooked pasta; cook until heated through.6. Remove from heat; stir in Mexican cheese blend until melted.7.
