Quick Chocolate Truffles

These delicious chocolate truffles are decadent and easy to make.


8 oz
cream cheese
3 c
powdered sugar
1 1⁄2 t
vanilla extract
3 c
semi-sweet chocolate chips
Coatings of choice (shredded coconut, cocoa powder, finely ground nuts, sprinkles, etc.)


Yield: 20 Servings
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix well.2. Melt chocolate chips in microwave for 30 seconds at a time. Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly before adding to cream cheese mixture. Add 1½ teaspoons of vanilla extract to cream cheese blend.3. Refrigerate the mixture for one hour.4. Create small truffles with a spoon or ice cream scoop, and roll them in a coating of your choice.5.
