Smoothies are a delicious way to cool off from the heat and get your vitamins and fruit servings for the day.

Ingredients

400 ml
orange juice
1⁄4 c
strawberries (frozen)
1⁄4 c
blueberries (frozen)
1 T
chia seeds
1 T
strawberry protein powder
1⁄4 c
almonds

Preparation

Yield: 1 Servings
Toss the almonds and chia seeds in the blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend to your desire. Feel free to reduce the orange juice for thickness.
