When you can't eat any more turkey and dressing leftovers, spice things up with this sweet and savory turkey salad.


3 c
cooked turkey (shredded, skin and bone removed)
1⁄3 c
1⁄3 c
pecan pieces
1⁄3 c
raisins (or dried blueberries)
1⁄4 c
crushed pineapple (drained)
1 T
curry powder
1 T
mango chutney
salt, pepper, cayenne (to taste)


Prep time: 10 Yield: 6 Servings
  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve with croissants, crackers or lettuce cups.
