As of 1:30 p.m. Jan. 10, accumulating snowfall has led to hazardous driving conditions in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC). Current road conditions are "amber" at Air Force and Army installations in the KMC and at many IMCOM facilities across Germany.

According to the Ramstein Air Base Facebook page, "staggered early release" at the installation is permitted from 3:30 p.m. Jan. 10. For more information, DOD personnel should contact their chain of command.

DODEA-Europe has cancelled after-school activities Jan. 10 for all KMC area schools.

For up-to-date closures, releases and delays, tune to your local AFN Europe radio station or check official installation/organization websites.
