Adjust for the time change this weekend
As Saturday, Oct. 29 night turns into Sunday Oct. 30, clocks will fall in Europe (except Iceland). Before heading to bed Saturday night, ensure all clocks that do not automatically adjust are set one hour earlier. This means an extra hour of sleep, so cuddle up and catch up on your rest.
The adjustment from Daylight Savings Time to standard time in Europe comes one weeks earlier than in the United States. For one week only, the time difference between stateside locations will be an hour less.
