Military life can be exciting and frustrating at the same time. On April 18, the 21st Theater Sustainment Command (TSC) Chaplain Office will be hosting a Family Wellness and Leadership Training seminar at the Ramstein Officers’ Club.

This workshop is designed to improve communication and coping mechanisms for handling stress within the family. There will be a leadership discussion, “Dealing with People Who Drive You Crazy!” led by Dr. Joel Freeman.

The seminar is open to soldiers and spouses of the 21st TSC. This is an all-day event, beginning at 8:30 a.m. To register, please contact the 21st TSC Chaplain Office at DSN 314-484-7780/7779.
